Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, responsible, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Driver to provide transportation support and assist with various personal and business-related errands and tasks. This position requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to respond to the family's needs.The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, communicative, and comfortable handling sensitive and private information with the utmost confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and reliable transportation for children, including pick-up and drop-off from school, sports practices, private lessons, and other activitiesPick up lunch for the boss, meetings, and other business needsComplete miscellaneous errands, shopping, and other personal assistant tasksHelp maintain the vehicle(s) in good working order and coordinate routine upkeep as neededAssist with other duties and errands as requestedRequired Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive and private informationResponsible, dependable, and trustworthyExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needsClean driving recordFlexible and willing to adjust schedule as neededSchedule & FlexibilityThe position will generally follow a traditional daytime schedule; however, some flexibility will be required.There may be occasional weekend needs requiring only a few hours, such as picking someone up from the airport. There may also be occasional weekday needs after the traditional 5:30 PM end time.
