What You’ll Do

• Manage a full panel of hematology/oncology patients
• Conduct treatment visits, follow-ups, and assess new patients with complex co-morbidities
• Collaborate with physicians for care coordination and treatment planning
• Follow a structured outpatient clinic with infusion suite responsibilities
• Provide patient education and support throughout treatment cycles
• Follow protocols for chemotherapy and biotherapy administration
• Work with a fully staffed team of NPs and physicians in a busy outpatient setting

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
• 3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in managing complex patients and treatments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and care coordination skills
